It has been brought to our attention that our exhibitors are being approached by mail to promote their participation at Parkex in an 'Expo Guide' or 'Fairguide'. The letters are written to be misleading and what appears to be an offer of a FREE listing, will actually cost your company a significant amount of money.

Brintex Events does not endorse these 'guides' and we urge you to disregard any correspondence you may receive in relation to an 'Expo Guide' or 'Fairguide'.

Please be aware that there are also companies falseley claiming to have a commercial partnership with Brintex Events, offering favourable rates for accommodation, taking exhibitors' money and not providing a service. 

If you are contacted by any of the above mentioned companies, we suggest that you do not progress the conversation any further, and that you contact us immediately to inform us of the approach.
