Liberty Services - Outbound and Inbound Mailing Service

Liberty operates the best printing, mailing and scanning equipment available, across multiple contracts, thereby increasing economies of scale and lowering unit cost. Responsibility for ensuring your documents are handled on time every time with 100% accuracy rests with us - Service Level Agreements protect your interests and ensure we deliver the service you require. By using our expertise you allow your staff to focus on their core activities delivering the best possible service to your clients.
Liberty Services has managed the printing and distribution of personalised enforcement stationery for the last 9 years. We have a full Data Integrity Policy, are registered with the Data Commissioner and currently manage and print a million PCN’s and send out 500,000 bespoke general correspondence letters per year. Our business processing facility provides a complete payment processing service including correspondence handling and CEO notebook scanning. We process all types of payments and scan images of all correspondence on date of receipt.
Operating a fully checkable data processing, printing and mailing service, our staff are trained in all aspects of process and procedure. All equipment is duplicated and fully covered with maintenance contracts. Our IT programmes interface directly with all major software providers and we have in place a rigorous back up and disaster recovery procedure.
We process up to 30,000 envelopes per day, 40 million payments per year and scan 150,000 documents per day.
