Parking Applications Veri-park – A highly flexible, dynamic and intuitive internet based barrier-less parking system. Using a vehicles’ licence plate, parking operations teams can build a parking management system that suites them whether it be for monitoring, enforcement, access control, local payments or payment on-line. Offering a comprehensive package already, the powerful data sharing interfaces make it easy to connect the system to existing enforcement systems, ANPR capture engines or for combined management information systems.
Veri-park builds on the success of existing ANPR-based solutions developed by Parking Applications that are already proven in the field. The systems are fully scalable, ranging from a simple device to monitor and report activity within a car park, through to a complete onsite or offsite car park payment solution, and provides the ability to export data for the management of non-payers.
For onsite payments specifically, APT Controls has developed a new Veri-park payment kiosk range: this provides car park operators with a variety of payment options including cards, cash and coins, with change given. A large 15” touch screen provides users with a clear and easy to use set of payment instructions and options. The Veri-park software is configurable to allow both pay on entry and exit and top up concurrently. The facility to handle user configurable promotions and validations is available either by manual code entry or automated bar code scanning.
For remote web-based payments the Veri-park payment portal allows both pre- and post-payment options, season ticket and drive-in drive-out debit functionality and includes the same promotions and validations available at the kiosk.
The Veri-park centrally hosted software provides operators remote management and control of a car park as well as a comprehensive suite of management reports as standard. Should additional reports be required these are available through an extended MIS offer.
For visitors who have not paid for their parking, the Veri-park central software allows users to check all flagged transgressions prior to sending the details of offenders to third party enforcement and collection agencies.
