USL StructureCare, part of the Universal Sealants Group, is a car park refurbishment specialist. The company has extensive experience of carrying out all aspects of car park refurbishment and currently undertakes work on more multi storey car parks than any other specialist in the UK.
USL StructureCare specialise in multi storey and rooftop car park refurbishment and have unrivalled experience at carrying out specialist trades which include such things as car deck waterproofing (lightweight and mastic asphalt systems), concrete repairs, movement joints, and painting. Within a full refurbishment situation, we have the capability to offer a Main Contractor role adding such things as lifts, barriers, payment systems, CCTV and other activities commonly associated with car parks.

Our experience in car park refurbishment and construction ranges from complete car park refurbishments to smaller yet equally important schemes. Movement Joints
The Universal Sealants Group are a worldwide leader in movement joint technology, with Offices in the Far East and North America as well as in the UK. Bespoke movement joints are manufactured in-house at the Washington Head Office complex and supplied to customers far and wide.

Lightweight Deck Waterproofing systems
USL StructureCare has over 25 years specialist experience in the protection of multi storey car Park structures, and have been awarded licensed applicator status of BASF Construction Chemicals for their comprehensive CONIDECK car park protection range.
This range of car deck protection products is widely recognised as the market leader, globally whatever the circumstances.
It is now recognised by engineers that the installation of waterproofing and protection systems should be carefully considered at design stage of new build and refurbishment projects as the ingress of oils, salts, water and other contaminants can cause extreme and permanent damage to the structural integrity of the car park.
Anti-Carbonation Coatings
USL StructureCare as part of their wider range of offerings undertakes projects that require the use of anti carbonation protective coatings. This is especially important for the protection of concrete multi story car park's where harmful carbon dioxide gasses commonly lead to carbonation of the concrete and subsequent spalling of the surface.
USL StructureCare have at their disposal the expert knowledge of sister company Nufins, manufacturers of their tried and tested anti carbonation product; Covercrete.
Mastic Asphalt
USL StructureCare is an approved applicator of Permanite’s mastic asphalt systems. High performance waterproofing and surfacing system for elevated vehicle decks, using advanced polymer technology to give the ideal combination of long term durability, increased fatigue resistance, improved temperature stability and ease of installation.
The comprehensive product range is fully supported by a highly developed project design and specification service that continually sets standards.

Concrete Repairs
Deterioration to concrete can cause serious problems to the structural integrity of a Car Park. Unfortunately, some level of deterioration is inevitable and repair will be required to every car park at some stage in its life.
USL StructureCare utilise the latest technology to diagnose and treat deterioration in concrete structures, offering the complete solution from NAMAS accredited testing in the early investigations, to full repair involving both physical and electro chemical techniques.
State of the art materials from the Nufins Division of Universal Sealants are used repair the structure and prepare it for an increased working life.
