Makers Construction are a major structural refurbishment Contractor offering a range of purpose designed services and solutions, tailored to our Clients needs. These range from initial car park survey works and budget costs, to a complete refurbishment design and construct package. Our aim is always to deliver a Project on time and on budget.
In our ‘Tool Box’ we have many quality solutions, ranging from concrete repair, anti-carbonation treatments, 100% watertight expansion joints, waterproof/wearing car deck coatings and electro-chemical treatments to fight the effects of chloride induced reinforcement corrosion, indeed solutions to enhance the car park operationally and environmentally.
We work with our Clients to achieve safer parking environments, which are structurally sound, to that end we promote membership of the British Parking Association Park-Mark® award for safer car parks and are fully behind the concepts of the ICE document on Inspection and Maintenance of MSCP. These involve the instigation of a life care plan for the structure.
In acknowledgement of achieving our aims, we, together with our Client Partner’s, have been 4 times award winners of the Best Refurbishment Award at the British Parking Awards, together with finalists since the inception of the current award scheme, indeed we are supportive of all aims for excellence in the parking environment.
