Working with major machine manufacturers to integrate CardEaseXML payment protocol, together with the necessary hardware such as card readers and PIN Pads, we provide simple, secure and reliable card payment solutions.

CreditCall holds bank accreditations as a certified payment service provider for all major UK and Irish banks and most US and Canadian Bank Processors. For the majority of clients, we don't hold funds from transactions, instead they flow directly through the clients' credit card merchant accounts. Card Payment for Pay-and-Display machines

Pay-and-Display (Multi-Space Meter) Parking Payments

Providing credit and debit card payment on Pay-and-Display meters is a benefit to both the motorist and the operator. Everyone has experienced the frustration of not having either the correct change or enough money to be able to park, and card payment is a welcome convenience, enhancing customer service.

Reducing the amount of cash held within on-street machines reduces the likelihood of vandalism or theft, as well as lowering collection, cash counting and banking costs. The CreditCall service together with the Hypercom Artema Modular Chip and PIN reader/PIN Pad combination is used by Zeag/Hectronic, Metric, Cale and others.

Contactless cards

CreditCall is working with Metric to integrate EMV contactless payment on Pay-and-Display machines (Visa payWave and MasterCard PayPass), and these are expected to be deployed on-street toward the end of 2010.

In recent years, CreditCall's card payment processing solution for Pay-on-Foot installations has become a trusted standard within the industry. Already integrated with leading manufacturers including Sheidt and Bachmann, SkiData, ACS, Alfia, Cale, and Zeag, CreditCall processes millions of transactions each year for some of the busiest car parks in the world.

Operators such as NCP and Apcoa chose CreditCall for high value, high volume car parks at London's Gatwick and Heathrow airports and the list of prestigious shopping developments and city centres using the service is extensive.

In a typical Pay-on-Foot installation, a number of industrial grade ultra-high reliability servers are installed on-site by CreditCall engineers, which communicate to the paystations and exit barriers and pass transaction data into the CreditCall CardEase network. With the data being encrypted at every stage, the entire transaction chain maintains CreditCall's PCI DSS Level 1 security standards.

For regions with no requirement for Chip and PIN cards, CreditCall's CardEaseXML system still provides a straightforward means of providing mag-stripe credit card acceptance that has the benefit of being fully on-line authorized. For countries where Chip and PIN is mandated, with the recent launch of the Apollo Universal Payment Module, it has never been easier for manufacturers and operators of Pay-on-Foot/Pay-at-Exit paystations to incorporate the convenience and security of Chip and PIN credit card acceptance.

Payment for parking by mobile phone has many advantages for parking operators and users alike. CreditCall provides a fast, secure card authorisation system for major operators of mobile phone systems such as Verrus and ParkMagic.

CreditCall's universal payment protocol, CardEaseXML is easily integrated with IVR (Interactive Voice Response) call handling systems and provides an online card authorisation response within seconds. This minimises the length of each payment call allowing busy motorists to park and get on with their business.

The CardEaseXML SDK (Software Developers Kit) is available to download free from the CreditCall website, and contains useful examples to get your payment application operational and generating revenue as fast as possible.

 
 

Web-Based (pre-booked) parking payment

Web-based Parking Payment

Major parking operators, particularly those running airport facilities, are offering pre-booked parking to customers. Motorists make a booking days or weeks in advance and receive preferential rates for parking.

CreditCall can process these transactions from either operators’ websites or call centres, with the benefit that all the parking operator's transactions, from paystations, call centre and website, can be viewed, reconciled and managed on a single system - CreditCall's WebMIS.

City Authorities can use web-based transaction processing for collecting payment for PCNs (Penalty Charge Notices) in line with drive from governments to make more public services available online.

With a clear, intuitive interface, WebMIS provides a common intereface to all a client's transactions processed through the CreditCall system. This is especially valuable when a merchant has a number of different terminal types. An airport parking operator for example will be able to see revenue from parking paystations, web-based pre-booked parking and a call centre, all within WebMIS.

The secure log-in system allows only authorised administrators to action voids or refunds and a hierarchy of access permissions can be set up to suit an organisation's requirements. As a further safeguard, refunds can only be made up to the value of the original transaction. SOAP Interface

For the most advanced integration of credit card transaction data into existing back-office systems, a SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) interface enables clients to query CreditCall's live databases directly from their back-office systems - without the use of the web-based service - allowing the tightest possible integration.
